Lp is usually on top, their pastries are very good, their catering service is excellent and nothing to say about quality and services...but I had a bad experience on December 31 and it really disappointed me (order made 2 days in advance and not ready on the day of the day, waiting in front of the shop for 1 hour queuing to tell me then come back in 2 hours and finally after picking up my order it was not good at all and it was not in line with what I had ordered...) in short disappointing when under pressure and in addition the staff was irritated or even insolent

Les standards d'hygiène sont d'une autre ère! Une charlotte tenue à la main nue pour que la structure ne tombe pas en attendant de l'attacher avec le ruban! A cette remarque légitime d'hygiène, je cite la réponse "C'est comme ça que nous travaillons"!
De plus la charlotte n'a pas été bien finalisée par le chef pâtissier. La réponse je cite "on ne peut pas avoir une surface travaillée sans défaut avec la nature de crème utilisée!" Je ne comprends pas comment avoir une surface plein de trous ne peut pas être géré par un chef pâtissier!
Le plus étonnant est que le responsable qui serait le chef pâtissier cautionne l'attitude de A à Z.
Je zappe l'étape où le détail de ma commande n'a pas été pris en compte car on peut dire que l'erreur est humaine!
