You will need to make reservations and at least buy 1 drink per person. Once those are taken care of expect a fun and unique experience ordering food inspired by the Dragon Quest! We unfortunately only had half of our party show up and they were still very nice and accommodating when it was time to pay the bill for the drinks that weren't consumed. I would definitely go back if I had the chance again! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As an avid Dragon Quest fan, I went straight there upon arriving in Japan. To my surprise, the hostess told me I needed a reservation because they were “fully booked,” even though the restaurant was half empty. I understood and went to the Monster Hunter restaurant upstairs. They also said a reservation was required, but they kindly let my family and me in to enjoy the experience. After two hours, I went back to Luidas, and with only one table occupied, the hostess again told me they were full. Since it was my only day in Tokyo, that ended up being my entire experience. I would completely understand if they were actually full at any given time, but that wasn’t the case. It just wasn’t what I expected, and to be honest, it ruined my expectations of going there. The music, the decoration—everything was beautiful. Just make sure you have a reservation, even if they don’t have customers. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Had a very fun time at Luida's Bar! The food was both delicious and very on-theme, and the drinks were also enjoyable. The omurice was especially good! Service was also friendly and helpful. Laxman at the front desk of the building kindly provided us some umbrellas as it suddenly started raining heavily, and we can't thank him enough! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000
