I absolutely love Bonitas in Tulum. This restaurant has literally saved my life. After ordering from many different places on delivery apps and being disappointed a few times, Bonitas has consistently been a reliable and comforting option for me. My go-to order is the vegan nachos—they usually never miss. One time I did receive nachos that weren’t quite right and didn’t have all the ingredients, but that order was placed late at night, close to closing, so that was likely the reason. It wasn’t a big deal, and it hasn’t stopped me from ordering again. I’ve also had the fries, vegan burgers, and my absolute favorite dessert, the Bruce Bruce chocolate cake. Everything I’ve tried has been filling and satisfying. I’m not vegan and I don’t eat meat, but this place does plant-based food really well.Another thing I appreciate is that Bonitas is very affordable, especially for the portion sizes and quality, which makes it an easy go-to spot. If I’m really hungry, I’ll order the vegan nachos and finish with the chocolate cake and a sparkling water. Bonitas is my go-to restaurant in Tulum for dependable, comforting food. Highly recommend.
