We were there on July 21st. Dinner for two in the La Bottega restaurant in the evening. After I discovered the following day that I had left my glasses on the table and that the restaurant was closed on that day, which was our departure day, I wrote to the restaurant the following day and asked them to pay the shipping costs in advance. to send me the glasses to my home address in Germany. The manager of La Bottega also immediately confirmed to me that they had found my glasses and would be happy to send them to me. After I hadn't heard anything for three weeks, I asked politely in an email. I didn't receive any response at all and now, seven weeks after our restaurant visit, I no longer expect to see my glasses again. In my opinion, good service also includes commitment to commitments and, at a minimum, a response to a friendly inquiry in communication. From this point of view I cannot recommend the restaurant.
