HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! We went there because the reviews were good. On the other hand, the burgers were not! The quality of the meat is terrible. Presence of nerves and hard and not very tasty. The burger filling also leaves something to be desired. I can't understand people who give this restaurant a 5 star rating! Not necessarily having liked my meal, I wasn’t going to leave any “tips”. The waitress immediately changed her behavior. It seems like they ONLY work for “tips”. Personally address to avoid!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you are looking for a good burger in Bacalar this is the place, we went through several recommendations from TikTok and without a doubt what they say is true, everything is delicious, the burgers, the fries and the smoothies. The price seems a little high to me but for the area, quality of the food and the size of the burger, it is totally worth it. I will return again because I need to try several dishes!
