We visited La Bussola in Florence and overall had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant scores with its modern ambience and a welcoming atmosphere, which makes it a nice place for a cozy meal. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel well looked after. Our meal started with an appetizer that was fresh and delicious – a promising start. The lasagna we had afterwards was well prepared: the texture was pleasant and the ingredients harmonized, although the flavor could have been a little more intense. The two pizzas were the highlight of our visit. They were topped with high-quality ingredients and impressed with a successful dough that struck a good balance between crispy and soft. Everything was also tasty in terms of taste and made the meal very satisfying overall. La Bussola offers a good mix of authentic Italian cuisine and modern influences. There may still be room for small improvements, but we had a lovely time and would recommend it. A recommended place for a successful evening in Florence.
