I am a frequent customer (1-2 times a month). These last few months I have seen things that I would never have imagined in my life from a restaurant of this caliber. I spend more than €100 per meal in Aspen... And these past few months I have seen how the waiters were lazy and disrespectful to each other, forgetting things that I always order. A waitress shouting at (rush hour): I'M GETTING BORED ! While I was waiting for my food and looking at it on the already served tray. And she was too rude when it came to serving us. And just that day I was with an important client... A shame And the manager (I think his name is Javier, because of what the other employees called him). He wouldn't even let me talk to him with a problem about one of my dishes. But he was not shy when it came to teaching a colleague in front of me, disrespecting him. Between my wife and I we have decided not to return, nor to take any more clients to the restaurant. I have given them many opportunities and they have failed me in all of them. Meal: Regarding the food, since we are talking about a restaurant, it is worth adding the lack of quantity for garnishes, it literally seems that they count them. That's if they don't forget, on a couple of occasions they forgot to add the garnish to one of my clients. At the beginning of this year I recommended the restaurant to some friends and they told me that the shrimp tartare had a bad smell, and last week I was able to confirm it... A disappointing waste of money and time.... It's not what it was before...
