The place is nice and I would go back, but I was shocked by the fact that together with a crossed-out menu (gluten free) they brought me normal bread and therefore gluten-free. However, I must say that in general, being used to Italy, I found that in this area of France there is not much knowledge and sensitivity to the problem. Dietary restrictions: Being celiac I ordered a menu with the barred ear of corn (cold cuts, fondue and dessert) but the fondue was served to me with normal bread. I had to go to the hotel to get some gluten-free bread of my own because the restaurant didn't have it. If I hadn't asked, out of scrupulousness, I would certainly have been sick at night. We visited La Cabane during our stay in Annecy. The restaurant surprised us a lot in terms of cuisine. The choice of dishes is not very large, but each dish is very original! We had a blast! However, not all the staff were very friendly, especially at reception. It's a shame ! Do not hesitate to contact the employees directly to be placed, otherwise the wait may be very long...
