I paid 23 euros for this dish accompanied by a small lettuce salad. Unseasoned cooked carrots, potatoes with a few herbs on top and a very simple salmon steak. My father was also very disappointed with his dish. Has the cook changed? It was delicious before, La Cabane was my favorite restaurant in the valley. I expressed my dissatisfaction but received no commercial gesture even though we spent 71 euros. Customers for 7 years, summer and winter, we will not come back.
