We came with friends to celebrate my 40s birthday this past August. We booked in advance (3 weeks- 1 month before) for a good size table. When we got to restaurant they treated us really poorly. We have been customers of this place for past 5 years since we got a home in La Flotte, we been there with our family and friends. Once we came with a bigger group the owners seemed to have hated us. The food is great but the service was so bad. The owners removed chair from my guest while they were eating, they also did not wanted us to order more drinks (it was 32 degrees that day). I came with French friends too and they spoke to owners in French but still they were rude and had not enough staff. We paid a bill of 500 + euros and left no tip hence the rude service. After this experience the owners happily took our money, treating my guest so badly on my big day....We travelled from many different countries to visit this place, and I was eager to take a long bike tour to arrive at La Cabane du Feneau, however the owners were not happy to see us and we are not sure why they booked us if they don't like groups? may be they don't like to work.
