We had lunch at la charrue a few months ago, and found the place great and the food very good. We went back on Saturday evening as a couple and what a disappointment it was!! 5 people in the restaurant at 8:30 p.m.! Honestly, we thought we were in front of a road trip dish! A tough and nervous flank steak with a potato pancake and a mushroom sauce. A Turbo with a crushed Pdt sorry but puree... nothing sensational in terms of the execution and especially for the price of the dish... For dessert, a lemon (mousse) but not homemade...probably frozen. For a restaurant of this type, and given the price of the plate, we expect generosity in the quantity served, and unfortunately all this was not there. We left hungry! For two €66 the price is not up to the plate. Quick service, well done, nothing more (my hole jeans don't fit in with the setting of the establishment).
