I wanted to wait until we finished our vacation in NB before providing any review on the numerous lobster rolls we ate. Many were pretty much the same with fresh lobster, mayo and some spices or not. As long as the lobster was fresh, they were all good. However to my pleasant surprise and taste buds La Coast lobster rolls were fantastic, better than any we had locally and in Boston. There was no mayo, at least there did not appear to be, instead there was a wonderful combo of spices and whatever, that was PERFECT. We were a group of 4 and all noted how much we enjoyed our lunch and were disappointed when our last lobster roll in Saint John was so typical and disappointing compared to La Coast.
