Come to this place and taste Mexican cuisine. Eating nicely cooked burritos, omelettes and tortillas is what many guests advise. I have come here twice recently, and nothing changed. The first time I came, in July, there was a line to order burritos inside, and the cashier had a bad attitude, I got my burritos, one brisket with cheese, and carne molida with beans, and the burritos were so light in portion I honestly thought an egg roll had more filling than the burritos. I came for the second time today, and there was only one person in front of me, that person greeted the cashier good morning, and the cashier didn't even say anything back, just kept asking anything else. When it was my turn I said good morning, and I didn't get a reply either. I ordered my food, and as I expected my burritos were so thin they look like flautas. So much about this place being so great, they don't even know how to serve, or treat customers. Last time here! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Customer service is good but food and value not so much. Unfortunately I have to say that the burritos are overated and expensive, they are descent but not GREAATT! They are too hot and spicy (heartburn), very little filling, tortilla undercooked and the burrito is very small for the $3 dollar price. SO FAR, FOOD CITY (FOX PLAZA) IS STILL THE BEST BURRITO/TORTILLA PLACE ON MY LIST, THEY ARE LOADED, EXCELLENT TASTE, QUALITY, PRICE, AND VALUE AND LOTS OF VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM, CHECK THEM OUT.La Colonial's tamales are descent but too spicy, very small, and have an overwhelming taste of lard. Too expensive at almost $2 a piece. SO FAR EL DORADO TAMALES ON ALAMEDA/NEXT TO CHASE BANK ARE THE BEST, THEY ARE LOADED, ORIGINAL, TASTES EXACTLY LIKE THE ONES FROM CHIHUAHUA AND PRICE IS A BARGAIN AT $1.30 EACH, JUST MAKE SURE TO ASK LADY FOR FRESHLY JUST MADE TAMALES.La Colonial Tortilla Factory is very clean, and employees very very nice and courteous but food and price not so much as praised.
