La Contrada is pretty near Duomo di San Paolo. According to the guests' reviews, Italian dishes here are quite good and the menu is well-organized. You will be offered nicely cooked pizza Margherita, provola and monkfish. It's worth coming to this restaurant because of tasty che and good cheesecakes. I've been wanting to eat at this place for a long time because I've always heard good things about it and I have to say that it was worth it. Aesthetically and very intimate place to my liking, competent and friendly staff. We took a mix of fried dishes and a pizza round with various flavors from their selection. Great pizza with semi-wholemeal flour enriched with carefully chosen products. Varied menu which requires some clarification from the meter but which allows you to diversify the choices also due to the possibility of ordering dishes from the kitchen. first time at "la contrada". in a maze of narrow streets, a small and elegant location. excellent service, attentive, kind and fast. delicious fried foods. lots of choice of pizzas that tantalize the palate. I opted for the burnt Margherita, a riot of colors and flavours, very light. in conclusion, an experience to be repeated. I didn't give my all for the dessert, a tile with puffed rice and chocolate, which I found a little heavy. P. S. Now that I remember, I was disappointed by the fact that the cod croquettes were served to me alone, without what was written on the menu, neither provola nor sea urchin extract. Agliai.
