Disappointed, is the least that can be said without losing education. I made a reservation for a table for 8pm, having chosen and made the reservation around 12pm, in person at the restaurant itself. We were informed that we could bring our wine as the house would not charge for “corkage”. When we arrived at the restaurant on time, the reserved table was occupied. We spoke to a waiter, as someone who seemed to be in charge of the operation or owner didn't care, didn't even deign to listen to the complaint or make an excuse, no matter how lame it was. In fact, he acted as if it were normal or a habit of the house. We bought wine for the occasion, which was not opened. A beautiful place that turned into a trap. Errors may occur, but negligence never. Avoid this “trap”. Greater dissatisfaction is impossible, where there should be greater care for people due to the importance of tourism for the region. Unfortunate!!!!!!!! Service: 1

Even though the fondue is served in a very unusual way, where the proteins come raw on the table along with a small pan of hot oil (and not a griddle), it is essential to highlight the service of absolute excellence, with honorable mention to Mr. Marcelo, waiter who answered me. I would go back to try other dishes, but I wouldn't repeat the fondue. NOTE: they do not charge for corkage, an attitude of great respect for the customer, which is very rare here in Campos. Let's go... La Coupole was a pleasant experience; However, I must make it clear that what my wife and I tried (the good old fondue), unlike what we are used to, is made in a small pan with oil (also heated by a stove like traditional fondues), which , in addition to being somewhat unusual, it leaves the proteins obviously somewhat oily (fact). So, inevitably we end up getting splashes of oil (me on my arm, my wife on her face; not pleasant). Furthermore, a refined and simultaneously cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with attentive and proactive service (although with only two waiters in a relatively full restaurant; at least until the moment of accounting and our subsequent departure).
