I'm going to tell you a funny story, and I hope you'll pay attention! My wife recently went to La Coupole to buy her lunch. Particularity concerning her: she is allergic to dairy products! So at lunchtime, she has a sandwich, I suppose she chooses a formula since from time to time, she brings me a desert with dairy products (if all the desserts she can usually eat, meaning without product dairy, have already left). And there, hold on: she takes me a chocolate muffin! She knows through a colleague that the pastry baker is called Étienne, so I would like to tell this gentleman that I have never seen and do not know that his muffins are one of the best things I have eaten in my life ! It looks like a chocolate cake with large pieces of chocolate on top and spread inside. This is exceptional ! So, Étienne, a big thank you! I hope you continue to sell your dairy-free desserts well so that my wife will have to take the chocolate muffin in her formula and bring it back to me in the evening for dinner. PS: isn't my glowing comment worth a free muffin one day?
