I have been a customer of yours for 8 years, I have always been won over by the cuisine and the service, however since the change of ownership I unfortunately deplore a drop in quality at all levels except the quality of the food. During my last visit in July I informed you of the fact that your phone was not working, at the beginning of September the problem remains... therefore impossible to order remotely to come and collect on site. Your Facebook page displays opening/closing times which are not the same as on your telephone message. It is notably written that you close at 2:30 p.m., but it is impossible to order a kebab after 1:50 p.m., you have to make do with what is already ready Two days later I came back to try to order in advance this time! I arrive at 1:15 p.m. and surprise, you are closed. While your signs on the door say you are supposed to be open. In short, it's starting to do a lot! My goal is not to kill you for free for fun, just to make you aware of your lack of professionalism, which for my part, could well push me to no longer come and consume at your place. 2nd visit to La Fabrique and once again won over! The food is very good and not expensive! The service is fast (even during Ascension weekend when there was a lot of attendance) and the team is really nice (free cone of fries ). I recommend ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
