Outing with friends one afternoon during the week.... We were very disappointed with the service.. We had to ask for bread...a few minutes later we had to ask for the wine list.... Very unpleasant..... The dishes offered are not great!!!! The installation of the tables is not comfortable! We were very very disappointed.....

We ate at La Fabrique with my partner, the servers were very smiling and welcoming but very slow. We waited 30 minutes to get our entry. However, we had gone to see the waitress for the first time to express our concerns, she told us that she could not do anything. (As she wasn't in the kitchen...) is she normally in control of her position? 15 minutes later she came back to us to tell us that the kitchen had indeed lost the voucher. Once the starter was finished, we waited a long time for someone to come and clear us... and the same to get the dishes. We weren't in a hurry but I find it important to be in the right balance in terms of time to serve our customers. Flavor-wise, I really liked my patty (with burrata I think) my partner didn't like his burger, he found it too dry, without flavors. We wanted to have desserts, but no one came to us to take our order. (The waitress gave us the cards but did not come to us afterwards) the room was not full however, and there were a lot of waiters After waiting a long time for the dessert order, we are therefore party.
