Of shame. We booked on 2-17-2024 at 2:00 p.m. for 4 families to eat with our respective children on 2-18-2024 and the guy who took the calls processed the reservation for us without any problem. When we appeared at the "restaurant" on the reserved day and time, they told us that they didn't have a table and that we should look for bad manners. A SHAME ABOUT THE STAFF, and seeing the place since it was the first time we went there was nothing to write home about. If these are the "professionals" who don't even know how to make a reservation, I don't want to imagine the dishes. Obviously, and being from Ciudad Real, we will never set foot in this place.
