Michelin Guide rating

Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking.
Good standard.

At the beginning of July 2023, the four of us had dinner at "La fleur de sel" on the recommendation of the internet and the recommendation of other German holidaymakers. The food tasted excellent. However, the portions were quite small to extremely small. As a starter we had e.g. "Confit de tomate". We were offered 4 small roasted cherry tomatoes for €18. When they were served to us, some tomato water was ceremonially added - it looked bizarre, as if that made it a special appetizer. With my main course "duck fillet" there were unfortunately only four cherries and two slices of radish as a side dish, the beetroot sauce tasted excellent. Dessert consisted of three or four very small pieces of apricots and a dollop of raspberry sorbet for €12. The food tasted very good, but the quantity was too small for the price. Starter, main and dessert together weren't enough to fill you up. I find the hype about this restaurant to be exaggerated, I don't think the price-performance ratio is right. Vegetarian food is not offered. On request, one person from our group could have had several types of steamed vegetables as a main course.
