Great little outdoor restaurant when we were waiting for a table (victim of its success) we smelled the good smells of the meat cooked in the fireplace. From starter to dessert everything was excellent! The service is very friendly and dynamic. I highly recommend stay as you are, it's perfect! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

**La Flottille** On my latest culinary adventure, I had the pleasure of dining at La Flottille in Etretat, a charming French restaurant that has mastered the art of hearth grilling to perfection. This establishment is a true discovery for anyone who loves authentic French cuisine and the unparalleled taste of meat grilled on an open fire. Upon entering you are welcomed by a warm and cozy ambiance, with a crackling fireplace at the end of the restaurant. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, ideal for both romantic dinners and relaxing evenings with friends or family. The menu offers a varied selection of fish and meat dishes, all carefully prepared on the hearth. I chose the sirloin steak 250g, and I can say with certainty that it is one of the best cuts of meat I have ever tasted. The subtle smoky flavor, combined with the perfect grill marks, made every bite a true sensation. The outside was wonderfully crispy, while the inside remained buttery soft and juicy - a sign of craftsmanship and love for the profession. The side dishes and sauces were just as impressive. The service at La Flottille also deserves a special mention. The staff is friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the different dishes and make you really feel at home. All in all, La Flottille is highly recommended for lovers of good grilled meat and authentic French cuisine. The combination of the atmospheric ambiance, the excellent quality of the food and the excellent service creates an unforgettable dining experience.
