Food is ok just to suggest that let your guest to choose what they want to eat or order and suggest in a nice way the view is amazing i really love it only the way that waitress approach us. But the rest of the staff or employee is nice and polite Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

february, 19th. cold outside. the place is full and the waiters are more chaotic than a hive of drunk bees. they succesfully ignore my table for about 30 min. then the bartender takes pity of me, seeing me half frozen and scribbles my order on a napkin. one hour in, i am frozan to death and no sign of my order. no waiters visit my table and i have no way of asking about my food. i unclench from the table and i ask the waiter who took my order how long is it going to be. he candidly asks me “would you like to place an order?”. i say “no, you already took my order an hour and 15 min ago”. he looks troubled and asks something at the kitchen. i dont wait for a reply, i pay my hot chocolate and i leave. awful service, awful customer care. awful restaurant administration altogether. i dont recommend, be careful in high season. visit La fontanella if tou like being ignored. cheers
