If you are looking for a culinary experience that combines Italian tradition with a refined environment, La Fornace is the perfect place. Located in an elegant and classy location, this restaurant offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a romantic dinner, for a special evening, or as in my case for a corporate dinner. The cuisine is a tribute to Italian tradition, with dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. Each course is a true delight for the palate, from homemade pasta to second courses rich in flavour, without forgetting the desserts, which close the meal with a touch of class. Dishes such as the low-temperature cooked shank with bacon potatoes are a must-try. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and ready to recommend the perfect wine to accompany each dish. The attention to detail is also noticeable in the presentation of the dishes, which are true visual masterpieces. Price-wise, La Fornace is in the mid-to-high range, but the quality and overall experience absolutely justify the cost. An excellent choice for those looking not only for good food, but also for elegant surroundings and high-quality service. A special thanks to Marco who was able to accompany us from the choice of the menu to the arrangement of the tables, always with his class and simplicity that distinguishes him.
