A cosy place in famous town of Courchevel 1850, France . A top restaurant on top of French alps. It’s not only restaurant for cheese related dishes, they have excellent Wagyu beef for table top cooking combined with all the condiments they serve with. Fondue best in town with outstanding mashed potatoes with truffle. Best apple tart ever and followed by their local herbal digestif, called chartreuse.
