A charming little restaurant with a lively vibe and a streamlined menu that makes ordering easy. I loved the complimentary taquito — a fun twist on the typical chips and salsa. The Mole Michoacana didn’t quite stand out, but the horchata absolutely did: smooth, refreshing, and perfectly sweet. Prices were very reasonable, and there’s a great tequila selection for anyone who enjoys exploring different varieties. The staff were genuinely friendly and quick, and the Friday night mariachi performance seems like a fun reason to come back sometime. We've been here three times now, and every time it's been a delight. This place is a hidden gem, tucked away in a business park. They have great food that tastes fresh and scratch-made, and you get a delicious complimentary tostada. But as good as the food is here, the cocktails are off-the-charts delicious! We've tried several, and every one has been so tasty, creative, and well balanced; I have to intentionally, carefully pace myself not to just slurp them all down immediately. The place is a bit unusual in that it's large space split with another restaurant, and it can be a bit noisy inside, but the service has always been pleasant and friendly and they have a decent amount of outdoor seating for sunny days. We had a wonderful experience today during happy hour! Our waitress, Siphiwe, was incredible. From the moment we sat down, during and after the meal, she was very attentive and personable. One of those experiences where someone went above and beyond and always had a smile on her face. I have enjoyed coming to La Gloria many times but today took my wife and daughter for the first time. We enjoyed delicious food from their tostadas to taquitos and quesadillas + chips and salsa to their amazingly delicious drinks like the mojito's (so refreshing!) and the Avo-Queen drink, my absolute favorite. If you're looking for an amazing dining experience with authentic Mexican cuisine and something different from what you would normally expect at a Mexican restaurant, I highly recommend coming to La Gloria Modern Mexican Bar in Bothell! And if you're lucky, Siphiwe will be your waitress! Thank for you a great experience, my wife is already thinking of going back soon with us and also with her friends. We love this place!
