First time visiting this place and met the owner. We sat down and talked about catering plans for this coming Saturday. He went over details of what they could provide for the budget we had to feed 30 people. He let us try samples to pick out what options we wanted. Very friendly & easy going guy. Meat tastes weird as can be. Didn't even eat it. Probably some weird human meat truck like they have all over Orlando from Venezuela and such. Never had meat like this before unless it's totally rotten. Same meat as the food truck down to road, somehow. Food: 1
