We visited this establishment yesterday, before that we went twice to eat pizza, which, surprisingly, was very tasty, I would say one of the best in Bolzano. Yesterday we chose La Grolla because we had heard that they make very tasty pasta with lobster and pasta with seafood + we wanted to have a pleasant evening in company. We booked a table, but were 15 minutes late, we were greeted quite unfriendly and with a favor, which we didn’t like right away, we ordered tagliolini all’astice - the dish was too salty, the salt interrupted the whole taste, the lobster was sweet and tasty, pasta alla scoglio - it's not tasty!!! - also very salty, pepata di cozze - sour, too concentrated tomato sauce and again SALT! Insalata di mare and frittata di pesce were delicious. When we said that the dishes were over-salted, the version was said that all the seafood was purchased today and it would take two days for the salt to come out of them - the version is not at all convincing, because... You come to the restaurant to enjoy delicious and fresh food. The dishes were beautiful, but the expectations were not justified, for the price we paid - 180 euros, everything had to be cooked very tasty. We were disappointed in this establishment.
