We had the bone marrow and steak tartar for our Appetisers. Absolutely stunning The best I’ve ever had! For my main dish the waiter recommended the burger which I thought an odd recommendation. Usually at restaurants the burger is an add-on for those who don’t want something expensive or are not up to eating The local cuisine. I have eaten many many burgers all over the world in search of the best one. I have only found one burger that compares to this. It was in America. This one is a totally different style to the american burger but just as amazing and a more rich taste! The beef was perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The bun to meat ratio was absolutely perfect and all the condiments and sauces that came on the burger were to die for! The bun was fresh, soft, and delicious. So I would say this burger is tied for the best burger I have had in the world. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
