Have been wanting to try your La Lanterna for a while and my birthday today was the perfect opportunity. We opted for the La Lanterna Selection- the chefs selection for our party of 5. Every course was delicious. Our particular favourite was the Lemon Garlic Pasta. The young man that served us was so knowledgeable on each dish and was able to explain what everything was. The owner/chef was lovely and really welcoming. We have have been longing to find an authentic Italian - think this is it! We will be back without a doubt Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the Pasta linguini. To call it "ordinary" would be generous. Microscopically small clams with enough meat in them to cover a match head, they were an insult to the customer. I won't go back there again.

A slice of Italy in Redcliffe! Unbelievable food, great atmosphere and incredible, friendly service. Our first time at this gorgeous restaurant and will definitely not be our last!
