We have always been satisfied with the food. When we were questioned with a very accusing and boring tone, because we pointed out a mistake in what we had ordered, it doesn't really matter how good the food is. We were offered compensation, which was good. However, we were treated in an incredibly boring way, and the compensation was probably well overdue. The customer is certainly not always right. But as a small business owner, you sometimes have to swallow your pride and make an effort to treat yourself well anyway, if you don't want to lose loyal customers.
