Fish soup is fish velvet, a real treat Of course everything else was delicious but what stood out was the well-flavored and delicious homemade fish soup served in 2 portions with garlic croutons and rouille, my regret when I had finished the soup there had more on the plate. Had a wonderful lunch there the years ago. Excellent service and the food was equally excellent. In fact I recommended in May this year while my daughter was visiting Nice she go there with her husband to celebrate their Anniversary. I phoned the restaurant from the UK saying that I would pay the bill for them. The manager phoned me the FOLLOWING day to get my credit card details. WHAT TRUST. WHAT SERVICE!!Will done indeed La Mere Germaine!!
