We go to Pierre once a month to do clinic and we love to eat lunch at La Minestra. Great food . We’ve done that for more than 20 years . Unfortunately, this came to end this week! How did this happen ? I ordered the dish of the day “chicken with pasta “ The waitress did not say if it has bacon. I asked her politely to return it because I don’t eat pork . She brought it back and said it has prosciutto and I said quietly it’s pork . The sever who has waited on us before , never smiled , rushed , no eye contact and no courtesy. I usually tip 20% but this time I tipped 15% . As we left the restaurant the cook who is the owner was waiting for us outside . And without giving any explaining, he told us “you people are rude and I don’t want you back in my restaurant” . Well , it should not end this way .
