Highly recommend coming to La Monstera if you want a fantastic dinner in Rincon. With a great menu selection and long list of rotating specials, Chef Flynn del Toro does a really good job combining classic meat and vegetable dishes with local ingredients and spin like his braised pork belly with pickled papaya! The cocktails hit the spot and the wait staff made the experience. 10/10 would come again when visiting the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
