This is a very popular restaurant and it’s packed. They have live music at night. I got steak nachos and it was 3 times what I could eat and very tasty! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

THIS IS YOUR ONE SPOT STOP IN MERIDA! If you want some amazing local music, good food, and great vibes, definitely stop by la negrita cantina. I actually stumbled upon this spot randomly and was really surprised to see the music set up and entire restaurant in the back. The bar food is great, music is even better, and it's great to see so many locals and tourists mingling here.
