Obviously, for reasons of space, I cannot equip the entire room with chairs. We have chosen to have a cellar that represents all the French wine regions and the whole world, which is why you will have difficulty finding all the existing Bordeaux appellations. Regarding the problem linked to the remaining packaging found on the plate, we immediately resolved it by replacing this plate with a new one and presenting our most sincere apologies. I will not hide from you that I am also frustrated by your comment, we tried with my team to make this moment as joyful as possible despite your very negative remarks, but unfortunately it did not work. It would have been simpler to explain to me the reasons for your dissatisfaction when I asked you during checkout.
