Looking for a takeaway pizzeria on Sunday evening (3 pizzas), having bounced around a place in Stresa (it was full and they didn't have time for the poor takeaways...), I tried La Perla. The place is packed, the owner is very busy but... with the right amount of attention to the customer, whether they are wealthy (at the table) or not (takeaway). Result? Kindness, courtesy and the magical pizza chef churned out three excellent pizzas for me in a quick time (despite being overwhelmed with table orders), this is how you manage a place, they gained 3 new customers.
