I went with my partner yesterday at midday to eat a piadina. Nothing to say about the service: the staff was very kind. The same cannot be said about the ingredients of the piadina, I took a simple one with cooked ham and I didn't digest it until the evening!!!! The quality was terrible: slimy, greasy, it looked like it came from the worst discount store in the area!!! Rudeness reigns supreme! Today (Thursday 12/19/2024 at 3.40 pm) I went to this piadineria. I see three employees inside the kitchen leaning against the fridge, with their cell phones doing their own thing. I order the piadinas with a beer: tables and chairs all dirty (I repeat, 3 employees hidden in the kitchen with phones). I ask to open the beer and it seems to me that I have disturbed; I ask for a glass and they give me the small glass, to my request for a larger glass I hear the answer "no". If this is the message you want to convey, as a company, then ok... if instead you want to aim for excellence, you should review your staff. I definitely won't go back and I don't recommend it: I'm not just paying for the food (and around €7 for a piadina is not a lot), but I'm also paying for a clean place and a helpful and polite staff, everything I didn't find. What a fool you made! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
