You could also have asked this when ordering to be sure and if you wanted to have this on the pizza afterwards, we would have done this too. As for the spinach, we have 2 pasta dishes with spinach, but no spinach for the pizza. We have been going to different regions of Italy for years and have seen very little or none of this on their pizza. And sorry to find this scandalous that we do not have this.
