Horrible service. Undercooked food. They serve you what they think they understood, and the pasta courses are lacking in substance. Avoid at all cost. McDonald’s is better

Awful experience. Been there for a pre dinner g&t, the barman after asking for the gin brand, do the same for tonic water, commenting on a quite popular brand: this is specifically designed for gin (all of them! Lol). I receive a gin with the chosen brand of tonic water but soda instead! Had to ask and wait to get a complimentary snack that was the toasted crusts of prepared sandwiches. In the meantime the barman let drop on the floor various glasses and food, with a very despicable cleaning of the floor. Not the relaxed time I was expecting. I won't ever step into this "piola" again.

After a long wait, one of the mains ordered was not available and the main ordered instead took 1 hr to arrive a long after the other mains. One other main was fine but incomplete: it did not present all the ingredients as per the description on the menu. The waiter was polite but not very customer oriented: the best he could offer to make up for our dissatisfaction was an "amaro" on him... Would not recommend a similar experience to anyone.
