It was run by just two people (one on the floor and one in the kitchen), but I think it was running smoothly. (I was impressed by the hard work of the women on the floor.) La Porte course for lunch...It took 2 hours, but the sauces for both the pasta and main course were very delicious. (And the sauce too...) I ate well and had dinner later than usual.
