A little place of calm amongst the hubbub. Delicious Italian Italian food made with thought and based on love. We tried the tasting menu all of which worked delightfully. Credit to them both. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60

The La Prima Volta restaurant is an establishment run by Aurore and Mirko in the old town of Montpellier. The dishes, varying according to the day and the chef's desire, are divinely succulent. The products, both on the plate and in the glass, are of exemplary delicacy from Italy. Mirko's talent rivals Parisian gastronomic establishments. Homemade is a rule that Mirko has given himself and he does it masterfully. Whether it's the antipasti, the pasta or the desserts, everything is refined, deserving of a star in the famous red guide. The welcome is extraordinary. I can only advise you to go there and reserve a table. Excellent value.
