Fabulous restaurant with great views over the lake of Bolsena. Food and service are top notch! We were offered a choice of super fresh fish from a huge platter and we selected ours, which was perfectly cooked and served and truly delicious. Large selection of local high quality products and wine. Staff was super helpful and extremely kind. A true gem, not to be missed and highly recommended!
