Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that you appreciated the location of the hotel, the lake view and the cleanliness of the rooms. We are however sorry that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the restaurant noise and smoke, we are a little surprised by this impression, as a separate building stands between the restaurant area and the hotel rooms. Nevertheless, depending on weather conditions and open windows, we understand that some occasional inconvenience may still be perceived. We also sincerely apologize for your breakfast experience that morning. This is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our team in order to improve the organization and temperature control of the buffet. Concerning the parking directions, Yvoire being a pedestrian medieval village, access can sometimes seem confusing on a first visit. We provide all guests with a detailed map and explanations upon arrival, and we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding despite this.
