Beste, jammer te horen dat je maar matig tevreden was zonder verdere uitleg. We vragen altijd of alles in orde was zodat we daar kunnen op inspelen. Je had ons gerust je ontevredenheid mogen melden. We horen het liever bij uw bezoek dat het hier te moeten constateren zonder meer. Uiteraard horen we deze alsnog graag zodat we ons kunnen verbeteren. Uiteraard altijd welkom.
