I visited this café and tried the Tiramisu and Hazelnut ice cream. The flavors were really good and tasty, but unfortunately, the experience was affected by the service. The staff, particularly one girl, was rude and unwilling to let me try the flavors before I decided what to order. This was disappointing, as good service is just as important as good food. Best gelato in Florence. The quality is amazing, true and authentic. The flavors change everyday and are very tasty and unique. You’re only allowed to try one flavor though, but most places are like that. Valentina and Elena were very nice, patient, and friendly. Valentina always had a huge smile and welcoming energy! Highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
