The variety of tastes offered goes far beyond the ordinary. The true beauty of La Svolta lies in the meticulous approach to creating flavours. Each ice cream is made with the highest quality ingredients, with a focus on local provenance and excellence. The fruit flavors are a riot of authenticity, thanks to the exclusive use of Italian fruit, often from Elba. But it is in the selection of particular flavors that La Svolta really stands out. From the audacious notes of "Precario" with its pear base and the addition of black pepper, honey, almonds and pecorino pieces, to the perfect balance of "Vertigo" with chocolate, sea salt and caramel, each bite is a unique sensory experience .
