The waiter was very rude and had an humiliating manner. If you are not French you are nothing in the eye of them. Do not take the score as a reference.
Great food for reasonable price
Very nice hostess. Limited English but good enough to go through the evening. We had a booking at 8pm and they were able to seat us at 730pm. Very nice of them to accommodate us. We visited the night before to state we will have the bouillabaisse. It requires at least 24 hour advanced noticed. We got there and I had a 3 course meal with the main as the fish of the day... seared tuna. That was very delicious. The bouillabaisse was quite delicious though small... it had 3 small fillets and a bunch of potatoes and carrots. The server stated if we finished the soup, we could ask for seconds. It was quite flavourful. The second bit of soup had much less flavour... it seems the chef may have put in too much lemon. Needless to say we didn’t finish the dish. When we concluded and paid for the meal, I made the comment that the second helping of soup did not have as much flavour as the first. And she said that it was impossible since they came from the same pot... not the most respectful thing to see which was disappointing as the meal was quite enjoyable except for that second soup portion. We didn’t finish the rest of the bouillabaisse. Very sad. The meal started strong but ended at a low.7/26/18 Update based on restaurant's response: I appreciate the owner taking the time to respond to my google review. However, the reason why I thought there may have been lemon added as there was no longer any flavor when the soup was added. If it was from the same pot, then the flavor would have been the same. If it was the same, we would have certainly finished the second helping of soup. However, when we tried the remainder of the second helping of soup, it was no longer edible. We did not touch the remaining contents of the boullibaise. The dish became ruined. In regards to the four fish fillets stated by the restaurant... it was definitely not that many. And the fillets were small. I could have eaten each fillet in one bite full. Which is why the soup was focused upon... that way the dish would last longer. There was much disappointment towards a famous Marseille dish.Hopefully, the restaurant will actually believe this feedback. We paid full price and provided honest customer feedback.
