if you value a certainly absolutely unique location, super good food and a chef that "lives" (rather than just provides) service, then this is a place you can't miss. we were overlooking the hills around and the gorges de verdon themselves, from the very generous terrasse, had superb goat cheese salad, beef tartar and an angus burger and on top of it a really nice chat with a fantastic chef - and consider this one of our best ever dinner moments. A wonderful restaurant and the perfect stop after finishing the Sentier Blanc-Martel hike. The food was delicious, the views were stunning, and the host was incredibly welcoming. Don’t just stop at the restaurant closest to Point Sublime — climb a little higher and you’ll find this gem. It’s absolutely worth it, and you won’t regret the extra few minutes.
