On Friday afternoon my company and I went to this bar to have an aperitif. They give us an aperitif with various foods and these olives which evidently appear from the photo to be inedible. we reported the incident to the staff who naturally apologized, telling us that they too ate these olives. We just had an apology and that was it without making any further interventions as has already happened to me in other restaurants (such as offering the order, giving discounts,..). For this reason, some of us refused to pay for the ordered drink because in our opinion it is unacceptable to receive spoiled food. For this act of ours, the bar staff threatened to report us and for this reason we had to pay. I won't leave out the fact that I felt sick after eating these olives. I consider this attitude unacceptable and this is certainly not how you treat a customer. Service: Dine in Food: 1
