It has declined in quality. There is no quality of seasoning, there is no variety of dishes. I am a national tourist, I know good food and I was in Tomasita on 2 occasions. I would not return, I would not recommend it. Also the quality of the starters has gone down. They don't know how to differentiate what is good cuisine. I regret that in Piura, Chiclayo there are no good places to taste. The good chefs are no longer there, now the chefs are from the academy. Gastón ruined traditional Peruvian cuisine.
